Attempting to close store - incorrect password

Hi there,

I am trying to close my store however every time I go to select a reason, then enter my password it come up with a message that the password being entered is incorrect when I know it isn’t. 

can someone assist me with this.

@Michal_Morek is correct, in this instance, you will need to contact Shopify Support via the help center to resolve this issue. However, before you do so it's worth clearing your browser's cache and cookies. Sometimes, our browsers can hold onto old information causing issues like this to arise.
