The store I manage has created some Automatic Discounts, which we can see customers are using.
When I go to check how many have been used, the total used in the Performance section of the Summary displays 0.
Is there any reason why the Performance section is displaying 0?
Is there any way to see the number of times an Automatic discount has been used other than the Performance section?
Having the same issue as well. The automatic discount is set up and is properly being applied to orders, but when checking the performance, it is not being counted. I also checked the "Sales by discount" report and it is not being counted there either.
This is very important information for communicating the success of a campaign with my client.
