This is something that would really lie in the hands of your bank and not something Shopify or anyone else would have control over. Are you using a business bank account or your personal account? If you are using your personal account, it could be worth looking into a business account for this.
If you still need to set up a business bank account it could also be worth looking at a different bank for it also. If you already are using a business bank account, it might be worth looking at using a different bank, which sounds extreme, but if it is causing a disruption to your workflow it's certainly worth exploring.
