Billed after Forgotten Trial period

Hi so i was billed after the trial period for what is basically a empty closed store .

After a night of soul searching, looking to change career plan, change of lifestyle i somehow ended up on with renewed vigor i had a plan to change it all.

after enrolling for the trial period and seeing the interface and how not easy it was going to be my plans crumbled and i forgot about the subscription.

Fast forward a month till now and ive been charged.

cant tell me this has only happened to me ? 
is there any channel to fix the problem or talk to shoppify staff??

Help please someone anyone??
