Billing waiver

I have opened a shopify account on February 2021. I haven’t used my website for past 5 months. Could shopify do a waiver over in my billing as I have to start a freshly to sell in my website.??

  • Are you still able to log in to your account
  • Are you currently being charged monthly for your subscription? 

If you would like to close your store and discuss any opportunity for a refund, you can contact our support team by visiting our Help Center and logging in to your account. Please note that we are never able to guarantee that a refund will be possible, but we're happy to chat about your options.
