To get in touch with Shopify support:

 

  1. Go to https://help.shopify.com/en/questions
  2. Click Log in and enter your details.
  3. Enter a brief description of your question into the search bar.
  4. You’ll be provided with a curated list of Shopify resources related to your search. We have extensive help documentation designed to connect you with the information you need as quickly as possible. If you can’t find what you’re looking for in our docs, click Get help from the Shopify support team.

So you're telling me there is no way for us to reach a live agent to answer our inquiry? It's like a maze in here trying to obtain answers for simple questions. So what if my questions aren't answered through that Documentation section?

Tengo una duda, soy autónoma y tengo VAT number. En la factura que me mandáis de Shopiy por la suscripción, me pone IVA 0%. Tengo que hacer algo con esto para Hacienda en España? No me deberíais mandar una factura donde se viene el IVA?
O tengo que declarar el IVA a mayores en España?
Tengo ROI, es decir, estoy dada de alta para realizar Operaciones Intracomunitarias.

This app is randomly billing multiple times in the same month and I can’t get no help why is that
