So you're telling me there is no way for us to reach a live agent to answer our inquiry? It's like a maze in here trying to obtain answers for simple questions. So what if my questions aren't answered through that Documentation section?
Shopify support is very, very limited. There is no phone number or direct email that will give you quick support. You'll need to poke around the support pages until you see a live chat option. But beware, there is very little billing support with live chat, they will only suggest you log in to fix any billing issues.
