I took ownership from someone who had paid the monthly subscription 3 days earlier and it has gone from their bank account
as soon as ownership was transferred to me a billing error showed as it tried to take the monthly again and now states it is going to again soon
why are we getting charged and paying twice for same month

Sorry to hear that you are being billed unexpectedly. That does seem quite strange, however, it is impossible for me to see what is going on without looking into your account and your invoices.
In order to do so, I will just need to verify you as the account owner. I will send you an email to the email address attached to this forums account and confirm some security questions about your store. Once you reply to that email, I will take a closer look at the invoices for you and get to the bottom of this. Please be sure to check your spam/junk folder for this email as sometimes it can land there.
