Bold subscriptions into a shogun product page

I am trying to find a way to get my bold subscriptions options into a custom product page on Shogun. These 2 sections for example

I was also thinking about that for that 

however shogun not support bold subscription 

You have to install pagefly

pagefly support bold subscription app
