CALL BACK ISSUES /SITE OFFLINE 27 MAY 2020

How can I schedule a call back from support, if my account is disabled/locked/ or whatever Shopify decided to do to it.

 

I can't schedule a call unless I can sign into my store, which has gone offline for some reason.  

 

Some support would be greatly appreciated.

Shopify, Discontinuing Phone Support (as we know it)  in the manner that you did ( no warning !) is bad business!

I have not been able to get on line for over 5 hours now. I can't access support either. I left a message via twitter.  :(
