I have had nothing but issues with my Shopify store today and I am so disappointed in the level of support I have received to say I pay an amount to run my store. Please see screenshot attached. Every time I go to log into my store it says it is not recognised. I have checked the staff email address in Plans & Permissions and both match.
PLEASE HELP! My site has only just launched and I have sales coming in. I have recently changed the email address's around but both are matching so I do not understand.
