CANT LOGIN TO SECOND STORE

- HELP -
I’m seeking advice for something that seems like a really simple problem. But I just created another online store on Shopify that was connected to the same email my first store was under. After I finished the website for my second store I couldn’t login to the second one because “there’s no matching email.”

I tried contacting Shopify but they literally took of all of their support teams off the page and you can’t chat with them or even call them anymore.

Can CS please help me login to my second store.

I am sorry to hear that you are having such issues getting into your second store and contacting Support. You should be able to contact us here. In my experience this issue usually leads to the same thing - there was a typo when the email was entered upon signup. I would love to take a look into this for you so I will be emailing you directly to do so.
