WHY AM I BEING CHARGED AFTER I CALLED MORE THAN  A MONTH NOW TO CANCEL ACCOUNT, DUE TO LESS WORK HRS, MOTHER PASSING AND NOT BEING ABLE TO GIVE ACCOUNT THE ATTENTION IT NEEDS?

Thank you for reaching out regarding this, I am sorry to hear about your mother. You need to close your store manually. Shopify Support can't close your store for you. To close your store follow these steps:

To confirm that your store is closed, you can go to your store's URL and see that your store no longer appears. Once this has been done I will be able to look into getting your most recent charge refunded. I will be reaching out to you via email to do so, you will need to respond to my email so that I can authenticate you as the owner of the store and do this for you.
