Thank you for reaching out regarding this, I am sorry to hear about your mother. You need to close your store manually. Shopify Support can't close your store for you. To close your store follow these steps:
Log in as the store owner.
From your Shopify admin, click Settings, and then click Plan and permissions.
In the Store status section, click Sell or close store.
Click Close store.
Enter your password to continue.
At this point, you can contact Shopify to see if there is anything we can do to help. If you're sure that you want to close your store, then select a reason from the drop-down menu and then click Close store.

To confirm that your store is closed, you can go to your store's URL and see that your store no longer appears. Once this has been done I will be able to look into getting your most recent charge refunded. I will be reaching out to you via email to do so, you will need to respond to my email so that I can authenticate you as the owner of the store and do this for you.
