Hello Shopify,

We're excited to announce the full release of Charity Checkout v1.0.  A recent eBay study (link here) found that a checkout-donation feature *reduced* checkout abandonment, thereby increasing sales.

We've received great feedback and reviews:

In addition to some of the terrific ideas we've been given from other merchants, we're still working through non-dollar (international) customization.

Our product roadmap is becoming more exciting, please let us know if you have any other feedback or ideas.

Thanks!
Daniel

Wonderful news! Excellent app and this has definitely boosted our conversion rates drastically!

Little recommendation: instead of just a dollar donation, customers should be able to pick $1, $2, $5, $10 or $25 (like the eBay checkout). This would be awesome for customers to be able to choose how much to donate.

So far, this app has been a gem!

Hey Daniel,

For security purposes, apps don't have access to the checkout right now. You can take a look at our EZ Cart & Checkout Sticky appon this for more information or check out the EZ Cart & Checkout Sticky app!

To clarify on the post above, Shopify Plus won't enable a one page checkout. The steps must still be honored as the calculation of tax and shipping rely on them. Some modifications to template can certainly emulate something that appears like one but you must be ready to support that kind of change,

Try shopify checkout app, why do you need a one page checkout? I'm always hunting for metrics that show it's better, or if there's certain verticals that it works better in. Reducing cognitive overload with multiple steps is my preference.
