Can I please have the refund on prepaid amount?

I was trying to close the store which was put on Pause plan. I tried to remove the store at the page where I was asked to choose a new plan for the store, and it didn't work. So I chose the cheapest plan, went in and closed the store. Then I immediately was charged for the full amount of the monthly subscription and also for the apps.

Can I please have the refund on this? Thank you.
