Can not connect my domain to Shopify

Hi Guru

 

I am struggling for several days to connect my third-party domain to Shopify

 

I followed the instructions and update the DNS records

 

Here is the screenshot, anyone could take a look and help?

My domain is artluxurymilano.com, registered in UK Bluehost and Shopify subdomain is 

https://art-luxury-shop.myshopify.com/

I think it's a problem with your registrar, because even though the records in your screenshot are correct, if I query the DNS for artluxurymilano.com I don't get any records for either the A or the CNAME record. I would recommend contacting the registar.

Hey there, @tyrobeauty 

 

What seems to be the issue with your domain when you try to connect it? Are you getting any specific error messages? Do you have any screenshots of the error on hand? What part of this process are you finding difficult? I would recommend reading over that guide and making sure that your A Record and CNAME are both pointing to Shopify, this is all explained in the guide.
