Can't access my domain settings

Hello!  I want to update the DNS Records for my domain to do custom emails from my Zoho account.  However when I go to my domain section in Shopify my Domain is connected but it is "greyed" out.  I can not click on it to access the DNS records page.  Any thoughts on why it "greyed" out?  Thanks!
