Can't access store and shopify admin page

Good day!  Why I can't access my store and admin page? Is there an ongoing maintenance on shopify? Please let me know

I am having the same problem. when i open chat support, it does not let me reply to the operator. the chat box is gray.

Please use Chrome when chatting with our advisors as it works best. I would recommend clearing your cache as explained here and trying again.

I think your live chat is broken,. @Bo  It doesn't allow me to reply on chat box, I already tried clearing cache multiple time I even tried to use different problem but still no luck on me, Is there any on going maintenance on shopify?? That's the only thing that I want to know;l

There is no scheduled maintenance happening on our end. I have found that merchants, buyers, and staff who are located in the Philippines using the Globe ISP are unable to access admins, this could be the issue you are experincing. Could you please try contacting support while using a different internet provider?

Hi, I'm having the same problem. Been trying to access our admin page for 3 hours now. And this is all I'm getting. I've cleared cache and browsing history, restarted my computer and reset my internet connection but still, nothing. How can this be resolved?

been figuring out whats going on since my morning its been like whole day now. i cant access my admin panel. i can log in but i cant see my admin page. hope this will be resolve soonest. please any one help to have this matter reached owner of shopify.
