I think your live chat is broken,. @Bo It doesn't allow me to reply on chat box, I already tried clearing cache multiple time I even tried to use different problem but still no luck on me, Is there any on going maintenance on shopify?? That's the only thing that I want to know;l
There is no scheduled maintenance happening on our end. I have found that merchants, buyers, and staff who are located in the Philippines using the Globe ISP are unable to access admins, this could be the issue you are experincing. Could you please try contacting support while using a different internet provider?
