I have had the hardest time getting support for an issue of mine. So I used pagefly to build most of my landing pages, however none of my forms are able to be submitted. I was able to get chat support with shopify a couple weeks ago and they said they would look into it and gave me a ticket number, but I haven't received a follow up, so I emailed my support team member and haven't heard back since. When I try to get support through the Shopify help center, whenever I try to login it says "Sorry, this shop is unavailable." I am getting frustrated because I even reached out to pagefly and have heard nothing. How can I get support when there is no phone number, no email address (firstname.lastname@example.org directed me to the help center which says my store is unavailable)? If someone could help it would be much appreciated!
