Can't log into my account

I have two step authentication enabled on my account. I have not signed in for about a year. Changed phones so I do not have the authentication app set up to receive code. Can not find my 12 digit recovery code. Is it possible to turn off the two step authentication in order to access the account and reset my authentication app.

It is possible to have 2-step authentication disabled from your account so that you can login and reactivate your store. The Accounts department are the ones who need to make the adjustment on your account, and so I am happy to facilitate this for you. I am sending you an email in order to proceed with the next steps. Please keep an eye out for it, and reply back whenever you get a chance.

 

Once you’ve regained access to your account, the steps for enabling 2-step authentication using your new phone credentials are found in this Help Doc.
