I am getting the same error message, it looks like this is site wide. Terrible timing.

Check the Status Checker at https://status.shopify.com/ and you will be able to (eventually) log in to see the further updates:

 

Update - Merchants using POS may also be affected by the ongoing issues that are being investigated.

Update - We continue to investigate the situation that is affecting merchants and partners using Identity, as well as new merchants signing up for new accounts on Shopify. There are currently no known impact on buyers nor checkouts.

i thought i was the only one, been trying to log in since about 4,5 pm with no luck. It seems like its going in some sort or login loop, my store seems to  still be alive but not sure if one could checkout or how far the extent of this situation extends. Those two link there are the beginning of the two pages that are being looped for me

Hi All,

I can log in to a limited account at our physical shop and on my phone but when I try to log in using my laptop (my preference) it has for the

past few days said something went wrong try again in five minutes.  This has been the case for at least three days; is it just me?

Hi

I am trying to access my account with my email, and when I request a verification email, it shows all the account I have, but the one Im logging into is not.

It says I dont have access to it cuz of the admin, and I am the only one with access

I am having the same problem. You said it was the IP you were using. What did you do to resolve it?

This happens constantly to both myself and my partners, and we're all using entirely different computers, OS's, and ISPs. Once it happens it sticks until the cache is cleared, which is a terrible thing to have to do as it logs me out of other services. We're stuck using incognito windows to get around it. Makes me want to quit Shopify as soon as possible.

Hi @loganmerriam and everyone else, 

Can you share your store URL and exactly what is happening. Even sharing a screenshot or a video of the process and exactly what is happening will be a huge help to understanding and figuring out the next step. It's difficult to troubleshoot without seeing it first hand. If you could reply with as much detail as possible it would be greatly appreciated.
