I'm having and issue receiving all emails on my G suite through my "Contact Us" page. I've already spoken to three G suite staff support and they mentioned that my MX record on Shopify and everything else on their side is correct. When I test my "Contact Us" page I only receive half of them or even less on my G suite. I thought it might be an IP issue so I asked my friend and same thing happened.
I have linked my g suite as an email hosting provider and registered under customer email.
At this point I don't really know what to do. Please help
