Can you add more notifications to what's currently available in Shopify? For example, if I want to add a second "abandon cart" message and include an offer, can I do that? Or do I have to use a 3rd party, like Klaviyo, to send the additional emails?
This would apply to requesting reviews post-purchase as well. From what I've read, I might need a paid 3rd party app that collects the reviews but then automates emailing consumers post-purchase. Is that true?
