Cancelled Order - How to Dispute Charge

Hello, i received to orders that items where out of stock so i cancelled them. However, my total sales is in negative. How do i dispute these charges. PLEASE HELP!!

What payment provider are you using? 

Can you take a screenshot of where your total sales is showing negative?
