I'm able to log in to my account however I'm unable to access the account because the free trial has ended. Due to some personal circumstances I was unable to test the system during the free trial. I did purchase a domain through shopify but am unable to access that either. Is it possible to get an extension of the trial for a week or do I need to switch to a paid plan to get access to anything?
If you are still unable to log in, I would suggest clearing your cache and trying to access the admin from your custom URL.
