Cannot create new order

trying to create new draft orders, but keeps getting, "problem loading this page".

on other "Orders", "Customers" page click, it loads okay.

Draft order front page, listing all the draft orders, is okay,

but when i click an item in the list, it loads slow then stops just before completing the load.

then problem loading page comes out.

please, our store is at a halt, because of this.

HELP US, NOW !!!!!!!!

BTW, i'm posting via Google Chrome, latest version.

Thank you for including the detail about the browser. Google Chrome is one of the supported browsers, though I'd like to rule out any potential issues with browser extensions as well. Have you tried an Incognito window? It may also be worth trying from a different device and/or network if you can. For example, test creating a draft order using the Shopify app and/or your mobile data network rather than WiFi.

We tried it on 3 desktops all using a chrome browser. It's all the same.

we have minimal extensions on our browsers.

i haven't tried incognito.

it works fine on the android shopify app.

but the problem is in our warehouse and store, we use desktops only..

I've tried incognito and removed all extensions in chrome. Still didn't work.
