Are you trying to cancel your store before the trial ends or has the trial already ended? Can you send me a screenshot of what you are seeing and I can guide you from there? If you didn't cancel your store before the trial ended then you would automatically be included in our billing cycle. We will try to take payment three times and if all three payment attempts fail then the store will be automatically frozen.
