Cart/Checkout issue

Hi,

Can any one please help.

I am facing an issue on site like sometime user click on checkout button and it redirects back to cart page rather to take the user on checkout sometime. It happened with couple of users recently.

Did not found any appropriate solution yet. Please help to get this done.
