Is anybody having any add to cart issues being caused by Apple devices?
When adding items to your cart on an Apple device it looks like it is defaulting to small - for example, when you select medium and add to cart it is appearing as a small when you view cart.
The shopping cart is working correctly on non-Apple devices.
Also, the slide show on our pages are no longer working on Apple devices.
Our store theme is VENTURE (VERSION 2.0.0) - we've been using this for the past three year without having any problems. We have not changed any settings recently so it's strange that this has just started to happen over the last few days.
Any help would be appreciated.
I keep receiving complaints from potential customers that they have errors when using Apple products. They say that they cannot checkout or sometimes even place the items in the cart. They say that they get a white screen or that the page crashes or that it just continuously loads and never reaches checkout. I have contacted Shopify support many times but no one can identify or fix the issue. I am missing many sales because of this problem. Did you ever find a fix or what the problem was?
