Certification for Electronics?

Hi everyone, long time lurker first time poster.

What are the certification requirements for selling an electronic device (think household appliance like an electric shaver, or blender etc)?  How strictly are these laws enforced?

We plan on selling in the United States only, and the product will be imported from China.  It does already have the CCC, CB, RoHS, and IEC, if that helps.
