Change Order Confirmation Email Address

How do I change the email address that sends the order and shipping confirmations. Right now the format on all my emails is     From: my store name <my personal email>

Hi there @SethKawalec11,

You should be able to edit the "Sender" email that shows on outgoing/customer-facing emails by going to the Shopify admin and going to Settings > General > Store details. You should see a field for "Sender email". Check out the screenshot below for an example of what this might look like:
