Can I alter the email address on my Shopify packing slip?

Maybe this is easy to do, but I can’t figure it out.
When I started my shop, I just used my gmail account. I have since bought my domain and use info@mystorename.com as my log in and contact address. But my personal email address still shows up on the bottom of my packing slips and I don’t know how to change that. Can anyone help? Thank you!!

Hey,

Follow these steps to change your email id on the packing slips

1. Go to Settings > Shipping & Delivery

2. Find the option Packing Slips and click Edit

3. Find the code I have shown. Just replace "{{ shop.email }}" with whichever email you want to use and save.

This should fix your problem. Let me know if it works 🙂

I tried the same solution... but it's not working for me. When I change the {{ shop.email }} to another email address like this {{ xyz@example.com }} It doesn't show anything in the packing slip. Is anybody else facing the same problem?

Don’t include the {{ }}
That’s the mistake I made at first!
Hope it helps 🙂
