Changed domain and has index of page

Hi. Im facing the same problem with a store i created for my client. Its showing index error. I removed the domain which the client bought from NAMECHEAP and tired adding it back but failed. but when I view the store its on the same domain. https://chillaxshopping.com/  This is the free domain provided by shopify.       chillax-shopping.myshopify.com


Please get back to me as soon as possible    index.png

Hi @CybonicAoun,

This is generally a DNS issue. Could you double check that the DNS settings on your domain with your host are all good? The reason I say that is because I checked the chillax-shopping.myshopify.com and everything looked well as you can see in the screenshot below:

And this seems to stem from your custom domain https://chillaxshopping.com/ which you can see below:

You can check your DNS settings from a third party website whatsmydns.com to help you here. I would go to NAMECHEAP to double check the settings there and make sure they are correct.

Dear Nick

I am facing the index of/ error. would you please help me regarding this issue. My store name is zatozi.com which is actually the-zatozi.myshopify.com in Shopify. I would appreciate your kind answer.

I took a look and it seems to be working ok now, for me anyway. Sometimes it can just take a bit of time for it to come through. This is what I see from both the domains you mentioned in your topic reply.
