Changing Bank account

I am trying to change my bank account information...my old bank account is closed and i am unable to get the old routing and account number. Is there a different way to be able to change?

You could try reaching out to your bank as they would typically have this information file. Alternatively, you could also pull up an old bank statement that should have this information. In the event that you're unable to find the old banking information, then it will require an escalation to our Accounts team for further review.
