You can definitely change location and address while you have an account open with us. You can make these changes directly in the Shopify admin under Settings > General.
Keep in mind that this will affect a few different aspects of your shop. The main two I'd be concerned about would be the shipping rates - if that changes what's offered to your customers and any location-based add-ons or elements like payment providers - the availability of these are based on where you're based.
You can review the options in different countries here or by manually changing the address in your admin and reviewing the options available under Settings > Payment providers.

I recently tried to delete my old bank account (debit card) from this account and add my new one. I have no acces to the other account, therefore, i do not have the routing numbers or the old account number. I'd like to add my new account to my website. If i can't do that, i'm going to have delete this from Shopify- which i truly do not want to do. If you could help guide me in the right direction- i'd greatly appreciate it. Thank you
I'm planning to do the exact same thing as what Derp has done. However, there is a slight concern on my side. Currently, my country that I'm residing in does not support Shopify Payment as a gateway. If I were to set up a LLC in the States and change my business address and country entirely, would the Shopify Payment be automatically enabled in my Shopify account? Thank you.
I an having the same problem. Shopify payments isn’t available in my country of region. I was wondering if you by any chance figured what to do. Does everything works normal? Did you get access to the Shopify payments after changing the location of your store?
