My Shopify account is run by two people (my partner and I) as our business is a partnership.
Originally, I put my first name in the first name box and her first name in the last name box.
Now Shopify is asking me to authenticate and send documentation so I changed the name on the account to my first and last name and resubmitted the documents.
However, they're now saying I must change the date of birth on the account but the issue is that I can't find that anywhere?
Can someone from support help me with changing this information so I can go back to receiving payments soon??
