Charged even though my account was deemed a risk

Hello, I was wrongfully charged even though Shopifys risk team deemed me a high risk business and closed my account. How do I get my money back because this is unfair to my situation.

I'm sorry to hear about the outcome of your store. If your store was charged before it was closed, then the subscription would automatically be refunded back to you. Refunds can take between 2-5 business days as per your banks' processing time. 

If you don't receive your refund, then following up on the email you have with our Risk team will be the best step to take as they'll be able to look into this for you.
