Why you took 41$ from my bank

in the „Bills“ spouse to be 21$ And it is since 2 month.

And yet you took 41$. 
why?

Hi, @Monomode. Welcome to the Community, and thanks for reaching out about this. I would be concerned too!

 

The easiest and quickest way to determine what the additional charge(s) is for, is to take a look at your invoice from within your Shopify admin. Please go to ‘Settings > Billing’, and click directly on the invoice in your Bills section. This will show you the breakdown of all of the charges for that invoice.

 

Most commonly additional charges are due to a third party app. But they can also be for shipping labels, domain purchases, themes or Expert services. We have a Help Doc for Shopify bill overview that goes into more detail about this.

 

Let me know what you find. If the charges still do not make sense, I’m happy to personally look into it so that we can clarify and resolve any issues.

I check 10 time , October and November shopify had to take 29$ From my
account, but it took 41$.
You can check it if you want.
