The easiest and quickest way to determine what the additional charge(s) is for, is to take a look at your invoice from within your Shopify admin. Please go to ‘Settings > Billing’, and click directly on the invoice in your Bills section. This will show you the breakdown of all of the charges for that invoice.
Most commonly additional charges are due to a third party app. But they can also be for shipping labels, domain purchases, themes or Expert services. We have a Help Doc for Shopify bill overview that goes into more detail about this.
