Checkout Error Message

I've looked through the forums and I can't find anything on this.  

When my customers are logged into their account and try to check out they get the following error message.  They are able to check out if they do not login though.  I can't seem to figure out what the problem is.  Any insight?

This is definitely strange. I'm wondering if you've reached out to our support team directly about this yet? 

Here's why I ask - being able to look at this from the admin would really help us out in in this case, in terms of troubleshooting and diagnosis. I'm not 100% sure that we'll be able to solve it (if it's a third-party coding issue, for example), but it's very likely that we can help narrow down what's causing it! 

In order to look at this from the admin, we need to make sure that we've authenticated you as the Account Owner on the store. The best ways to do that are: 

  • Reach out to us via phone or chat from here, and answer some questions 
  • Email us at support@shopify.com from the account owner email address

If you'd like to let us know your email address here, we can also send an outgoing email as well, and start there. I'd personally really like to look into why this is happening! 

I'll keep an eye out here in case you'd like follow up on this thread.
