Hi Guy,  

Help!!! newly created shop purplepairs.com at check message says "cannot ship to address provided. I am using a third party supplier, all shipping and delivery buttons seem fine any suggestions.

Have you checked that all your countries have a shipping rate assigned to it?

Thanks for reaching out i have resolved the problem with the help of a shopify agent. It was an issue with the shipping rates. Thanks again.
