I'm happy to help out with disabling your Christmas pop up. I'm going to need a bit more information first to determine how it was enabled in the first place. Could you please reply back here and provide the following details:
- Was the technician who helped enabled this pop-up someone you hired for assistance, or a member of Shopify support?
- Do you know if this was a custom built solution for your theme?
- Do you know if the pop up is coming from an app?
- Could you please show me a screenshot of the pop up?
- Please also provide a link to your store so I can take a look on my end at the pop up.
Once I receive your reply with the above information, we should have a better idea of how to proceed with disabling the no longer needed pop up. Looking forward to hearing back!
