Closing Store

I want to close my store today because I haven't visited the Shopify website for over month, however, the plan has somehow charged me for the next month. Although it charged me, due to the Covid-19 Issue i have insufficient funds. I would love if i could just close my Shopify in peace and not spend money i do not have on something that i rarely used.

Hyde here from Shopify.

If you’re sure you’d like to cancel, I’m happy to help you get your shop closed up. We cannot close a store on behalf of a merchant for security reasons, so you will need to log in to the store admin and perform the steps yourself:

Please note: Closure is immediate, so I would strongly suggest downloading any Invoices, Inventory CSVs, or documentation you may need for future reference before following the steps below!

1. Go to `Settings > Account`
2. Scroll down to `Store Status`
3. You’ll see the option to Pause or Close your store
4. Enter your password when prompted and click `Confirm`

You could then contact our support about potential refund options as we could not tackle billing issues here in the Shopify community.
