I've seen many people have this problem too. I'm on a paused plan and the button to cancel the store doesn't work. I understand that I need to choose a plan to close my store. before doing that though id like to be sure that someone at Shopify can refund the charge I get from choosing a plan. if someone could get in contact with me that would be great.
