Hi,

I intend to operate my business from New Zealand as a New Zealand company, I will be paying tax in New Zealand, however my products will never be imported into New Zealand, I intend to use shipwire offshore fufillment centres to supply my products globally.  Do I need to set up any form of company or tax paying entity in the countries that my fufillment centres are located in.  I know in the states i would need to set up a company, however I am lookng at using fufillment centres in Canada, UK, Hong Kong, and Australia

Hey Phillip,

As a general rule, you'll need to take taxes from any sales made in a country you have a fulfilment center office, or storefront in. How that works precisely depends heavily on your country's tax laws so I'd check with a tax professional to find out if you need to declare those as well. :)
