I am new to shopify (registered since three days) I am trying now to connect my paypal express checkout to my store, Although I have a business account I couldn't do that, when I click the activate PayPal Express Checkout button in this path (mystore .myshopify .com / admin/ settings/ payments ) it directs me to a murchent sign up page although I finished the signing up and I've already set up the business information and my information too.
and help will be appreciated

If you are coming across this page below, this is expected behaviour. Enter the email address of your business account and you will be redirected to log in.

the pic below describe where I am stuck
it appears after logging in successfully to pay pal, it's worth mentioning that I used to face this problem when signing in to paypal from any browser but when I press back it drives me to my pay-pal business account, but when I am re directed from shopify to the sgin up process I stuck in this page (shown in the pic)

Based on your screenshot, it appears that you have one last step for "Account holder's information" to complete.
Once you flow through the steps, you should be redirected back to Shopify.

I checked out some PayPal forums and it seems as though you may need to connect with PayPal's support directly so they can refresh your account. Here's the thread I found here.
You can reach PayPal support from their contact us page! Be sure to let them know this is happening across all browsers.
