Thanks for that screenshot! It appears from this image that your Chrome browser may need to be updated.
You can learn how to update your Chrome browser here on Google's own support site.
I would ensure that all browsers you are using to connect to or attempt to contact Shopify are as up-to-date as possible and that you have cleared the cache and saved data from those browsers to ensure you can connect without issue.
It would also be necessary to turn off any pop-up blocker or adblocker you have in place on those browsers as this may be preventing the contact form from loading in correctly.
Let us know how you get on having updated all your browsers and cleared their caches before attempting to connect to that page again.
