Thank you for your reply.

I have managed to build this, however now I want to take it to the next level and create a dropdown of the dropdown, or a popup to be triggered by the codes in the dropdown (in this case reasons for contact) the customer chooses.

For example, when a customer chooses Return & refund as a reason for contact, a popup (or dropdown) should appear stating further information, our policies,etc.

Is this something that can be done?
