To Whom It May Concern:
I am not able to directly contact Shopify without re-upping my subscription, although Shopify has continued to charge me monthly even though my store has been frozen for months. This was on a credit card that I was paying but not monitoring closely. Upon further inspection, I found out Shopify continued to charge me for FULL BUSINESS SERVICES even though my stop is frozen, and I’m paying $10 to be able to work on it. I haven’t logged in for a while, obviously because I had to step away from it. Well, now my store won’t show up so I can’t even contact Shopify for essentially stealing money from me. I NEED TO SPEAK WITH A REPRESENTATIVE. How can I go about this when your contact requires a store payment??? Is this not a legitimate business? I was under the impression this was and not some fraudulent scam. PLEASE RESPOND WITH A DIRECT EMAIL FOR CUSTOMER SUPPORT.
