I work for a middle ware company that connects Shopify with 3PL's.
When we return tracking information, we are receiving the error this error
Could not upload tracking information for Order #123456: Order or Shop does not exist"
Doe this mean the order was placed in one store, but we are trying to place the tracking info into another store?
Hi, at least it looks like the system cannot find either the store or the order. You could try to double check the myshopify.com endpoint and confirm is the right one, if it is, confirm that there is an oder available with that number. What sometimes helps is checking the order json to see if you might be using a wrong number for your request.
