Country Dropdown not showing, can't create delivery profile

I am attempting to add a shipping profile so the country dropdown will work on checkout. I keep getting this error.


"The shop has not migrated to delivery profiles."

I see! It sounds like this could be a cache related issue. Have you tried clearing your cache? This helpful link gives instructions on how to clear the cache for all browsers. Can you try that and then let me know how it works?


I'm thinking it could just be the cache, but if that doesn't fix it then can you try on another browser altogether? Or if you could another device would be even better.


However, if that doesn't work then we can take the steps towards authentication and I can hop right in to see what I can get done for you or to see what the issue might be and what our next steps are.


Just to be sure we are on the same page you're going to Settings > Shipping > Create New Profile
