Currency issue - getting the price the customer paid to display in a notification email

Our entire site runs on GBP, but takes orders from customers in Euros as well. The amount charged to the customer's card is always in GBP (it auto-converts)

We have a notification email sent to our customer services team after every order, and this displays the "Price Charged to Customer in Euros" using this code.

But the customer wasn't charges in Euro, but in GBP. This information can be found within the Order itself on Shopify. How do I get the these GBP details to show in the notification email?


Anyone got any ideas?
